Acceptable Location, Noticeable Shortcomings

dated room poor soundproofing
The location proved acceptable for accessing the dock area.
The room I had was small and felt quite dated. Soundproofing was also an issue as I could hear noise from adjacent rooms. This impacted the quality of rest .
